If you have equivalent coverage through a spouse, parent, or employer; and you have not opted out in the past 12 months, you may opt out of JISU student health plan.
Opt Out Deadline – Must be completed by today, October 8 at 4:00 PM
To request to opt out of the H&D plan please fill out this form: https://jisu.studenthealthbc.ca/Optout
Please note that you will need to provide evidence of that coverage when you fill out the above form.
**Provincial Medical Services Plan (such as MSP, OHIP, etc.) is not considered to be equivalent to the JISU Health and Dental Plan.
