Health & Dental Opt Out Deadline

If you have equivalent coverage through a spouse, parent, or employer; and you have not opted out in the past 12 months, you may opt out of JISU student health plan.

Opt Out Deadline – Must be completed by today, October 8 at 4:00 PM

To request to opt out of the H&D plan please fill out this form: https://jisu.studenthealthbc.ca/Optout 

Please note that you will need to provide evidence of that coverage when you fill out the above form. 

**Provincial Medical Services Plan (such as MSP, OHIP, etc.) is not considered to be equivalent to the JISU Health and Dental Plan.

This documentary introduces us to thousands of Indigenous Canadians who enlisted and fought alongside their countrymen and women during World War II, even though they could not be conscripted.
